2. What the Website is for

The Website presents Medusa Designs, a studio for web design and development, branding and graphic design, SEO, social media, paid campaigns, video and AI automation, together with a selection of our work. The information on the Website is for presentation only and is not a binding offer.

3. Offers and contracts

Every project starts from a written offer made for your needs. The scope, price, timeline, number of revisions, payment terms and the transfer of rights are set in the offer accepted by you or in the contract we sign, which take precedence over anything stated on the Website. Prices are given in the offer and are not shown on the Website.

4. Intellectual property

The Website and its content (texts, the Medusa brand, illustrations, 3D models, animations, videos, design and source code) belong to SC MEDUSA DESIGNS SRL or to its licensors and are protected by Romanian Law no. 8/1996 on copyright and related rights and by international law. You may view them and share links to them; any other copying, reproduction, adaptation or commercial use requires our prior written consent.

The projects in our portfolio belong to the respective clients and are shown with their permission, for presentation purposes only. Third-party names and logos belong to their owners.

5. Using the Website

You agree to use the Website lawfully and not to: send false, offensive or unlawful content through its forms; try to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its server or its data; interfere with its operation (for example with automated requests or malicious code).

We take care to keep the information on the Website accurate and the Website available, but we cannot guarantee that it is always complete, up to date or free of interruptions and errors. To the extent permitted by law, SC MEDUSA DESIGNS SRL is not liable for damage resulting from the use of, or the inability to use, the Website. These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably are resolved by the competent courts at the registered office of SC MEDUSA DESIGNS SRL, without prejudice to the rights consumers have under the law of their country of residence.
